Livestream / Workout Programming with Dana Lee

  • Progressive Strength Programs designed and curated especially for our group to follow for 6-8 weeks delivered via zoom 3x per week + access to replays:
    Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 12pm EST / NYC Time Zone
  • The 2nd week of every new series will be recorded with the replay posted and found within our platform before week 3 in case you cannot make it LIVE.
  • A PDF workout tracker will be included for you to track number of reps, weight lifted or other notes that are important for you to pay attention to along the way.
