This is super simple, freeing & fun, yet often downplayed or overlooked in regards to healing food issues, until NOW!

11am - 12pm
What Do You REALLY REALLY Want?
If you don’t know what you want for your life beyond dieting, how can you make it happen? Get my custom template so you can start making it a reality.

Lunch 12-1pm (food allergies and special requests will be addressed after registration so you can comfortably participate in eating together with as little stress around food options as possible.)

1pm - 2pm

Identify what is holding you back so that you can remove the obstacles and pave a clear path to food freedom.

You will be provided with a coloring book companion to take notes, color, doodle, brainstorm & journal.
