CANCELLATION

You may cancel without any penalty within 14 days of enrollment.

REFUNDS

All sales are non-transferable. No refunds will be given after the initial 14 day period for any used or used portion of the program.

It is expressly agreed and understood that, in no event shall I have any liability to you or any party for any damages that may arise out of, or in connection with, any concept or suggestion I’ve provided to you during my coaching of you, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. By choosing to work with me you are accepting all responsibilities for your own results. My responsibility is to share what I know has worked for me in my experiences and what I believe this far in my life and work. There is no way for me to know, without a doubt, what will work best for you, since everyone is unique. It is up to you to find what works best for yourself. It is up to you to find your own inner team resources and your own writing and personal growth path. I offer information for your consideration and choice. Please be sure to understand that the choice, however, is yours.

RIGHTS

Please remember any information and or materials given during this program are the sole property of Dana Lee Chapman and RealFit, Inc. Duplication and/or distribution of material is strictly prohibited. Sharing login information is strictly prohibited. Additional tools and resources are credited to respective experts and sources throughout the course.

NDA

The parties hereby agree that during the term hereof, and at all times thereafter, and except as specifically permitted herein or in a separate writing signed by the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party shall not use, commercialize or disclose Confidential Information, as defined by Program and Features and Benefits above, to any person or entity.

LAW

If we simply cannot agree after trying to work things out ourselves, our next option is to go before an Arbitration Panel located in Morristown, New Jersey. This is always the last possible resort. We hope that we can avoid this route and keep the channels of communication open in love and in understanding to resolve any issues that may arise.
