Who's Sara Gallmann?

With over 30 years experience working and teaching in the Natural Health and Wellness World, Sara Gallmann embodies the lifestyle she teaches. Sara is committed to the knowing that holistic practices lead to a life in balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She has a deep reverence for our natural world and believes that sacred connection is vital to sustain vibrant health.

Her education and passions have led her to implement numerous fun and effective modalities in her programs, including, Yoga, Fitness Training,  Walking/Hiking (Earthing and Forest Bathing), Reiki, Sound Healing Journeys, Plant Medicine/Essential Oils/CBD, Travel ~ Yoga Retreats, Nutrition, Raindrop Technique, BEMER Oxygenation Sessions, Reflexology, Paddle Boarding and Kayaking, Creative Personal Training, & Enthusiastic Hula Hooping!

Her commitment to the practice is validated by being the creator and director of The Essential Journey 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Alliance registered school and Yoga Retreats.

In addition, working with the special needs community through inclusive yoga classes has brought her great joy.

Sara volunteered many years as Founder and Director of Music at the Mission, a non-profit Music Venue in West Milford NJ. It is here some of the most talented musicians in the industry graced her stage. She would often accompany acts with vocals and various instruments.

Sara’s goal is to impart healthy living via every instrument in her well-orchestrated toolbox. Her greatest attribute is that she truly cares. So, come join the journey where you can find your path back to your true Self with Sara by your side in the process.

Sara's Classes Keep This 74 Year Old In Good Health

2. She explains yoga poses by illustrating the correct moves and showing us how to adjust those moves so all yogis, beginner and otherwise, can enjoy a healthy yoga practice.
