NDA

The parties hereby agree that during the term hereof, and at all times thereafter, and except as

specifically permitted herein or in a separate writing signed by the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party shall not use, commercialize or disclose Confidential Information, as defined by Program and Features and Benefits above, to any person or entity.

LAW

If we simply cannot agree after trying to work things out ourselves, our next option is to go before an Arbitration Panel located in Morristown, New Jersey. This is always the last possible resort. We hope that we can avoid this route and keep the channels of communication open in love and in understanding to resolve any issues that may arise.
