Each module contains 4-6 videos about 15 minutes each & a pdf to download that accompanies that particular video. 

If you enjoy school & learning, you'll love this format - it's set up like a curriculum with opportunities to hit pause on the video & do some pen-to-paper exercises.

A 3-ring binder with 12 tabs is recommended to purchase in addition (on amazon, etc) to keep each module organized, and easy to reference as you go through the modules.

In one-on-one private mindset coaching, in addition, you receive weekly accountability calls as well as daily support using an app like Marco Polo (video chat) or Voxer (voice to chat) so you can get the guidance when you need it, as you need it, between the weekly calls.

Yes! And, many of our students have repeated the course again & again because you will find that the material will peel back a layer of mindset work to start, and with each repeated round another layer is uncovered at a deeper level.

Great! In fact, when you have a healthy enough relationship to team up with a family member or a friend, your transformation will be even that much more powerful. Each participant must pay separately since the course work requires a log in & individual lesson & module tracking for progress.

Who's Dana Lee?

Dana Lee began her fitness career in 1994 when step was all the rage & group fitness was on the rise. After the gym industry pissed her off, she decided to open Evolution Health & Fitness in 2008; a boutique fitness studio, the first of its kind in New Jersey. If you remember correctly, 2008 was the year the market tanked, and as they say, necessity is the mother of invention. - an online version of kick-ass studio workouts for at-home exercisers - was born shortly thereafter. In fact, you may know Dana Lee from YouTube where it all began back in 2012. Altho she no longer posts new workouts on YouTube, you can get an ever BETTER workout experience with awesome music, dynamic & creative content, & support all on ðŸ’ª
