HIIT Workouts

High Intensity Interval Training workouts range from 15-30 minutes and use minimal equipment, so most can be done anywhere.


Kickboxing workouts are among the most popular on RealFit & range from 30-60 minutes. Weighted gloves optional & so is a heavy bag!


In 30 minutes a session, you will condition your entire body with built-in cardio components. Minimal time, maximum results.


No bells & whistles around here! Get a super fun spin workout set to killer music where you compete only with yourself as you ride your heart out!


You will find a variety of yoga, pilates, & barre workouts that improve joint mobility, core strength and lengthen muscles.

Who's Barbara Steinmetz?

Barbara has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and became a personal trainer out of necessity, for her health, and for a new career. She lost her job (due to the recession), lost both her parents, lost her apartment, and, lost herself. Her weight escalated, her self-worth was at an all time low, and her health suffered. She joined a big box gym and quickly realized that the fitness industry was very good at keeping "fit people fitter" but neglected people that would benefit the most from their services, for her, that was being plus size and very unhealthy. She had enough of feeling ashamed and intimidated in this big gym and that is when the light bulb went off. She decided to embark on a new career and a new fitness journey; B-FIT was born and the rest is history!
