About Your Fearless Leader, Dana Lee

Dana Lee began her fitness career in 1994 fresh out of high school when step was all the rage & group fitness was on the rise. She took a year off after graduating to figure out what to do with her life. That's when she started working in a local gym. Obsessed with being skinny, she soon found out you could go to school to study Exercise Physiology and that launched her career as a fitness professional.

She struggled with disordered eating and exercise bulimia for nearly 20 years (hoping her degree would give her some answers) before she decided on her own volition to stop focusing on trying so hard to lose weight and instead focusing on self-acceptance and feeling better about herself, regardless of what the scale said.

This was a turning point in her coaching career because it lead to a break-though formula she now teaches other women who are deep in the diet throws, so they too, can free themselves from the suffocating life of deprivation, rules, restriction and self-loathing so they feel the strength and ability to reclaim their own happiness & freedom to live life to the fullest on their own terms.
