I was a bit bat-shit crazy when hurricane sandy was about to roll in & I was still working at my studio.... although, I honestly felt safer there in that big building than I did in my tiny cabin in the windy woods... anyway, this workout is inspired by DUCT TAPE! You need 2 long strips taped to the floor, a jump rope is optional, but definitely want your water bottle & towel handy. This one is 21 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT). Do your best. Prepare yourself & you'll get through alive! 😉
