Music is a HUGE motivator in my classes. If I am motivated, it's easier for me to motivate YOU. But there are some key components in keeping your music fresh & how to set it up so you get more out of your workout, especially on a treadmill, elliptical or bike. Yes, music can make you burn more calories! You can also use your playlist as an interval "timer" but without timing anything, just by listening. 🙂
